Code of Conduct

1. Professional integrity

Members must represent their credentials, qualifications and affiliations accurately at all times. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

2. Confidentiality

All deal information accessed through the platform is confidential. Members must treat deal information with the same care they would apply to information shared under a formal NDA. Disclosure outside the platform is a material breach.

3. Deal origination credit

Members must acknowledge and respect the origination credit of deal owners. Verified members can connect directly to explore deals, while respecting disclosed client representation and commission agreements.

4. Honest listing conduct

All listings and requirements must be genuine, with the knowledge and consent of the client. Fictitious or "test" listings that distort the marketplace are prohibited. Listings must be updated or withdrawn when they are no longer live.

5. Respectful conduct

Members must conduct themselves professionally in all platform interactions including messaging, deal sharing and collaboration. Harassment, discrimination or abusive communication will result in immediate suspension.

6. Reporting

Members are encouraged to report suspected violations. Reports can be made through the Grievance Redressal process or by emailing support@businessbroking.in.
