Listing Policy

1. Eligibility to list
Only verified platform members and Authorised Business Brokers may post listings or requirements. Verified members publish directly to the platform, subject to post-publication moderation and ongoing compliance review by the BusinessBroking.in admin desk.
2. Listing accuracy
All listing information must be accurate, current and submitted with the knowledge and consent of the business owner. Members must not post fictitious, speculative or outdated listings.
3. Anonymisation
Public teasers must not include the business name, owner identity, specific address or any information that would identify the seller without prior consent. Where an NDA is configured by the deal owner, confidential details are unlocked once the digital NDA workflow is completed.
4. Deal owner badge
Every listing is permanently tagged to the originating member. If a listing is co-posted with a partner, the originating member retains the Deal Owner badge.
5. Listing removal
Members must withdraw listings once they are no longer live. BusinessBroking.in reserves the right to delist any listing that breaches this policy or receives a verified complaint.
