By registering on or using the BusinessBroking.in platform, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Full platform access is restricted to verified professionals and Authorised Business Brokers. Public browsing of anonymised teasers does not require an account. False credentials submitted during verification will result in permanent suspension.

3. Confidentiality obligations

All deal information accessed through the platform is confidential. Members must not share, reproduce, or use confidential information outside the BusinessBroking.in platform without the written consent of the deal owner. Breach is grounds for immediate suspension and may give rise to legal liability.

4. Deal owner protection

Every listing is tagged to its originating member to safeguard deal origination rights. Verified members can connect directly with counterparties to explore transaction opportunities.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false, misleading or unverified deal information
• Circumventing the NDA access workflow
• Sharing login credentials with third parties
• Circumventing deal owners or breaching NDA confidentiality terms
• Using the platform for spam, solicitation or non-deal commercial activity

6. Limitation of liability

BusinessBroking.in is a platform connecting verified professionals. We do not act as a party to any transaction and make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings, the creditworthiness of parties, or the outcome of any deal. Use the platform at your own professional judgment.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
