• To verify your professional credentials before granting marketplace access
• To operate the platform, including listings, deal teasers, and messaging
• To enforce the Code of Conduct and protect deal-owner rights

4. Credential documents

Documents submitted for verification are used only to assess eligibility and protect the BusinessBroking.in network. They are not shown to other members, not used for marketing, and are stored with encryption. You may request deletion at any time by writing to support@businessbroking.in.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) cloud infrastructure providers under processor agreements; (b) payment processors for certification enrolment; (c) regulators or courts where required by law.

6. Retention

Account and credential data is retained for the duration of your membership and for 3 years after account closure, unless a shorter period is required by law. NDA audit trails are retained for 7 years.

7. Your rights
