Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to the one-time enrolment fee for the YBB Business Broker Certification Programme. Membership participation for the first 100 approved professionals is complimentary for 12 months under the Founding 100 proposition, so no recurring membership fee applies during this period.
2. Refund window
A full refund is available within 7 days of enrolment payment, provided no module content has been accessed. Once course content is accessed, no refund is available.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@businessbroking.in within 7 days of payment with your registered email address and payment reference. Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
4. GST
GST paid (18%) is not recoverable from BusinessBroking.in. Any GST refund queries should be directed to your chartered accountant.
